The registration is a two step process :

First step (creation of your account):

• Pre-registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: first enter your personal data and the registration type (academic, student..). Later a validation e-mail, inviting you to register, will be sent to you within 48 hours.

Second step (Payment) :

• Registration on the CNRS Azur Colloque platform: a validation e-mail will be sent automatically; conference fees can be paid upon registration (credit card) or at a later time (bank transfer). Credit card is preferred

The fees for participation in ALCOSP'2013 are as follows:

*Registration as a Student requires a written letter on formal University headed paper signed by the Professor who is acting as the student's advisor. This letter should be sent to the ALCOSP'2013 Secretariat, with the preferred method being as a scanned PDF email attachement.

Full registration entails the possibility of uploading up to 3 papers, and includes the conference kit containing the USB key with the symposium preprints, a printed book of abstracts which includes the final program, and other things.

Student registration entails the possibility of uploading one paper and includes the conference kit.

Both full and student registration fees include admission to:

• all technical sessions;
• the welcome reception cocktail and gala dinner;
• the three lunches (wide choice buffet including wine);
• breaks with cold and hot drinks between sessions;
• the tourist visit.

Additional Fees for accompanying person

Additional gala and touristic visit : 150€

Gala

The ALCOSP and PSYCO gala will take place on Thursday, 4th July 2013, at the Café Mancel restaurant in Caen, located right within William the Conqueror's medieval castle with a splendid view over the old city from its roof.

This will be a Gala Dinner and the evening will include a welcome drink, followed by a dinner, served at your table, with wine, soft drinks and coffee.

Please make sure you have your dinner voucher with you to be able to enter the Café Mancel!
